To open Windows PowerShell in Administrator Mode, go to Cortana and type windows powershell in the search area. Open Windows PowerShell in Administrator Mode. In this method, we will try to fix the problem by re-registering the Windows Store.

Most of the reasons behind this issue are related to Windows Store. Disable Firewall and Antivirus (Temporarily) Change User Account Control settings from Group Policy
